E-Zone HRM is looking for applicants for a renowned Mobile Financial Organization to work as "Executive, FDM" under 3rd Party contract.
Quality interviews of the fraud victims along with proper analysis, findings and recommendations.
Disseminate appropriate and necessary information to guide customers to get back the reimbursement of defrauded amount.
Analyzing fraudulent patterns and trying to identify the loopholes along with proper recommendations.
Arranging call record listening session with CS periodically to validate Information shared by the victims and cross match the interview findings with database.
Fetching, arranging and incorporating data to prepare SMS database and broadcasting SMS within timeline with zero error.
Cooperating coordinator and Line Manager to accomplish different tasks on need basis.
Providing timely and proper support along with result driven effort.
Working Days: 5.5 Days
Working Hours: Roster Duty (Any 8-hour working shift between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: BDT 20,000/-
- Annual Salary Increment
- Festival Bonus: Two per year (Subject to eligibility)
