·       Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

·       Resolve customer complaints efficiently, offering viable solutions.

·       Maintain and update the call center database with accurate information.

·       Assist clients with questions about various products and services, aiming to resolve any issues.

·       Engage potential customers by providing detailed information on products and services.

Job Nature: Desk Job under Customer Service Division

Working Days & Hours: Rotational Shifts or Roster Duty (5.5 Days/Week)

Morning: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Evening: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Night: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

[Transportation services will be provided for Morning & Evening Shifts]

·       Salary Range: BDT 18,000/- to 20,000/-

·       Salary Increment: Annually

·       Festival Bonus: Two (2) per year (Subject to eligibility)

·       Festival Holiday Work Compensation: Three (3) times the daily salary for each day worked

·       Government Holiday Work Compensation: BDT 2,000 for each day worked
