We are inviting applications for the role of “Fast Service Delivery Executive,” to be deployed at a reputed private commercial bank under E-Zone contract.
Collect Titas Gas bill or any other utility bill payments from assigned corporate and zonal offices as per the defined schedule.
Ensure all collections are done via cheque or fund transfer only, strictly avoiding cash transactions.
Maintain accurate and timely records of collections and deposit confirmations.
Coordinate with branch and corporate office teams to facilitate smooth bill collection and account reconciliation.
Monitor and report daily collection status and any discrepancies to the Line Manager.
Assist in resolving any issues related to collection and deposits promptly.
Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the collection process.
Participate in periodic reviews and updates on collection strategies to improve efficiency.
Maintain confidentiality of all transactions and client information.
Working Days & Hours: As per Banking working days & hours
Job Location: Narayanganj, Gazipur & Dhaka
[Note: Candidates must have a motorcycle driving license and own a motorcycle]
Monthly Salary: BDT 26,000/-
Conveyance Allowance: BDT 5,000/-
Mobile Bill Allowance: BDT 500/-
