We are looking for qualified candidates to work as "Call Center Executive" for a renowned private commercial bank under E-Zone Contract.
• Provide exemplary customer service over the phone
• Handle callers' queries, complaints, and requests through inbound and/or outbound calls
• Maintain a high standard of call quality as per departmental/organizational requirements
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Execute any other operational tasks assigned by the supervisor/higher authority
• Follow up on customer calls when necessary
• Support the sales team by generating quality sales leads
• Maintain a good or above rating in the performance scorecard
